This is not official PR, but thanks to the (amazing) national grant pool for video games in Norway, Red Thread Games' next game will be Codename: Svalbard. It looks like a female protagonist accompanied by an Arctic Okami (polar bear and its red tattoo):

Here's the description (my translation):

Codename: Svalbard is an RPG for 1 to more players set on the island Spitsbergen in a post-apocalyptic future.

At the end of our century, climate changes and global warfare lead to a destructive nuclear winter. Generations later, what is left of humanity tries to rise again to rebuild civilization. And the key to the Earth's future lies beneath the ice - on Svalbard.

I could imagine they'll use the awarded ~113k USD to create a prototype or something along those lines, to pitch to publishers or perhaps a Kickstarter once again.
