You didn't. You made it clear you didn't like WHAT was asked, and then you changed it to "it's not WHAT was asked, but HOW it was asked."
Do you realize that the words "what" and "how" have DRAMATICALLY different meanings, and that therefore one must expect different answers from the person saying it? The questions were well written and important to anyone who might potentially be interested in buying a Wii U... so that's the "what" out the window for you. And how would mean like... she was yelling at reggie, she was cutting him off, etc. That's part of the "how" she was asking the questions. But she was very polite and friendly, so...WHAT was wrong with the HOW?
