Well TLOU 2 is the perfect game for the Reeeera extremist audience so it makes sense that people call Neil like that.

Shit is just way too damn negative and depressing over with them. But most of all do you know what really irks me about Resetera is when you make a comment that is not in line with their views this happens:

You post a comment. Your comment starts getting dog piled by 3 people. Then as the thread goes on, more and more people join in. Eventually you realise you're unable to log into your account because you've been banned for that comment.
This happened to me a few times over there. You just know the ban is coming when people start joining in on the dog piling.

I honestly don't know why i bothered with that forum in the first place. Some people over there are 'walking on egg shells'. That's what one Resetera user said. Anything you say there you have to be extremely careful of your views and opinions.

I'm happy i can just 'Fuck off' here in this forum if i am agitated by another member and carry on. Tomorrow me and that guy will have an awesome conversation about games and carry on like nothing happened. I myself have personally messaged people to apologize if i offended them or pissed them off and we're good. We carry on like normal. I don't feel my opinions are suppressed here in any way and i thank the Boss and mods for that. I love games but Negoaf has made me love it even more because i can discuss that here with an open mind with many awesome people like myself and not have to worry that that sense of community will get taken away from me.

Hard to do when the gaming media keeps propping it up and using it. Folks like Schreier, Klepek, and other scum refer to the site continuously, giving it attention and to stroke their own egos. I came back to Neogaf from Resetera for this exact reason, they ban any opinion that sits outside their own echo chamber. You can literally get banned just for having an opinion that goes against the grain so to speak , regardless of how polite you type it out.
