I've had a full health checkup that in one visit covered Blood, urine, x-ray and eyetest each part was performed by a different specialist doctor. Of course the president would also get that level of care.

When you're young and go for an exam, it's easy. It's general stuff, including a piss test and the doc will do a blood test. Chances of everything being ok is pretty good. So it's one and done.
When you get older, it involves the usual tests, but now blood tests can be carried out by external blood testing places, since my recent doc doesn't seem to do them like my old doc when I was a kid. Also, there's a decent chance when older something being off (blood pressure, cell counts, cholesteral etc....), so the doc will call you back for another check in a month. If it persists, you get issued pills, and come back when it's done to see if things are back to normal. It can involve a bunch of back and forth for months. And anything to do with things like Xrays, EMG tests and such aren't the types of things done by a family doc attached to a drug store. That's likely external medical places.
Getting results back from tests is fast (less than a week), so if something is off the doc will call you back to discuss.
Wow, what a complex process huh? And that's just for a civilian test.
I'm sure the president gets more through tests with the best docs and gear which may take a few visits with different docs to cover all bases.

Going for Bugs was unnecessary when sitcoms themselves always have the male characters be really stupid and usually slaves to their wives. The wife is always right, the wife is the smart one, the wife is the good one and the husband is stupid and only causes trouble and the son is stupid too. And Sunny was also a bad example, they all tend to be terrible to one another. Whats worse is none of them even think about that, not even for a split second. They simply react.

- climate change
- opposing war
- more social spending
- regulating the economy
- taxing the rich more than the poor

- fighting corruption
- being welcoming to scientific progress
- opposing classism
And more that I'm forgetting right now.
