So it was unearthed that Capcom just registered a name known as "Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps". It's a legit copyright registration and not a rumor they've copyrighted it, but the details of what the copyright pertains too is up in the air. Operation Raccoon City Sequel? That game was not great, but I actually kinda liked the multiplayer.

I'm actually imagining an Operation Raccoon City esque game with RE6's combat mechanics, I think that could work really well.

Blinded by the luminous glory that is David Bowie's physical manifestation.
RE7 is coming either way so there's nothing to worry about in that regard.

Have you seen Titanflop Biohazard 6? I'm sorry, but there's even more reason to worry.

I will say Capcom has a long history of RE spin-offs, and I've enjoyed most of them. Of course, if you get to play as Umbrella, that brings memories of Operation Raccoon City, but that game was always going to be bad because Slant Six Games was behind it. Even then, ORC wasn't abysmal, just... Meh.

I've enjoyed Survivor, Dead Aim, the Outbrek games are good, I liked the Chronicle games, so I guess I'm game, and I like Revelations 2 well enough.

Or this could be another mobile RE game, there are severe of those and the name sounds mobile-esque. Since this copyright was registered literally right before Gamescom, maybe we're about to see it.
