Well, Trump did said Mexico was sending their criminals and now every Mexicans, even those with heritage, are labeled as bad hombres.

Her husband is a criminal twice over. He was specifically told to leave the country and didn't. Not sure how the government couldn't have been clearer.

When Dems have full power they should kick out all previous trump voters and make America a liberal utopia free from bigots. Annex Saskatchewan or something and send them all there.

Just fill out the paperwork and wait. A real long time. In the meantime, you have to try not to get deported or arrested.

Reading other articles on this story it's not only his wife but also other people in the same town who thought Trump would create a citizenship path for the good ones. They fundamentally don't believe there are as many racists as there really are out there. Whoopsie daisy.

To be fooled, you would have to be lied to. Trump didn't lie about any of what he intended. He said criminals. This man counts as someone who did break the law.

People projected their own bias into the silence between his Bullshit, and voted for that.

I fear people won't learn from this, and will literally continue this pattern if they can't admit their own problem, and take responsibility. Trump isn't to blame for one thinking he just meant the bad (definition needed) Mexicans.

After the fact, just because we voted for trump doesn't make us racist. Just give him a chance.

The absolute and completely ignorant view of reality that so many Trump voters have is frightening. People like this have no one but themselves to blame for choosing to subscribe to such a narrow view of reality. I have very little sympathy for anyone like this, they chose to be ignorant and gobble up everything Trump said as if it were the gospel truth and now it's biting them in the ass.

You don't understand, it's entirely different when it's me and my family. Other people should be deported, go bankrupt paying for medicine, be barred from entering the country, etc.
