I am just going to throw out two crazy ideas that have no basis in reality, because hey why not!

Apple is partnering with Valve for a home console, HL3 as a launch game.

Apple is buying Nintendo.

In reality, this will probably be an official apple wireless game controller or something.

Apple is buying the XBOX One division.

The specs were shit the day it was released too. Nintendo makes reliable, but horrible hardware.

As for todays announcement, perhaps something to do with Sega's franchises.

This doesn't change the fact that good quality hardware and powerful hardware are mutually exclusive things.

The hardware is fine. Excellent even. You wish for higher specs, understandable. But hardware is not just a high priced gpu.



It also is one of the few mass market products with dual sceens and glasses free 3D. But i guess that doesn´t count™.

Low quality screens are low quality even if you have two.

It's old, what do you expect? That's the way things work with consoles.

I expect it to not be priced at 200 dollars. Consoles get cheaper with time but the 3DS never did.

Either way they price it whatever the market is willing to pay. Doesn't mean it's a fair price for the hardware it has since that's what you were talking about.

But we now have New 3DS. So rather than lower the price they have introduced improved hardware and kept the same price. Still a good deal IMO.

You can enjoy the platform, but it is certainly not a good deal.
