I love this gif, Tabata do Noctis Justice. It's crazy how Tabata ascension to power happened. I do wish him the best of luck because restoring the brand back is no easy feat and his only shot at being a director is on the line. The pressure must be insane.. Last thing he wants is to return back to handheld.

I love how ambitious he is. I really hope we remember him fondly. He seems like such a cool guy.. One I would love to get a beer with.

Yeah, to be fair us fans haven't been kind to him. The whole Nomura fiasco left us shook and we needed to vent and use him as the scapegoat.. but maybe it was necessary in the grand scheme of things but who knows? It's one of those mysteries that we will never know.

Yeah since I obviously don't feel like it was his fault Nomura was pushed. We now know that it was FFVIIr and probably SE wanting to make sure people know that FFXV will not be Versus even though it will be similar.

I just hope Tabata can prove a lot of people wrong or in our case right, that our faith is placed in the right man.

I hope FFXV succeeds and Tabata gets "promoted" for future projects, because I think SE needs another reliable director/team who can ship a good AAA product in a reasonable time.

So we don't need to wait for years between the installments and play the roulette of "is it going to suck" vs "is it going to be awesome" when they're changing directors and key staff all the time.

If it's gonna have an artbook, it should be a proper A4 size of 200+ pages. Not a glorified manual.

If it's gonna have a figure or statue, then it should be either one of the Play Arts or Static Arts.

No soundtrack sample or "best of" selection. Full soundtrack or nothing.

I honestly would pay $100 more if it got a blu-ray documentary of this game's development.

If there must be a steelbook, leave any discs out of it. Those things make removing discs difficult.

A coupon for Coleman products.

A stuffed moogle, and that would be the only moogle of XV.

All inside the Regalia's trunk.

Tabata does seem like a cool dude. I'm hot and cold on Type 0, but am feeling very positive on where he seems to be taking XV.

He's also preternaturally calm and level headed, despite all the crap that gets thrown his way and the development mountain he's scaling.
