It seems to be on the other side of those units. They pictures in the OP are just from the backside, in the 3DS area.

There's been 3 pictures of that banner from different angles now, so it's probably very much real. The question is if someone screwed up big time when making the banner, or if we are really getting MH4U on Wii U.

3U was cross multiplayer local, but not online.

You were able to play online cross multiplayer, you had to use the WIIU to tether the online for you. You were only able to join lobbies not create them.

I mean Nintendo doesn't have to announce it in particular. Sure people make the joke about Nintendo and 3rd parties, but it could be just a project that Capcom is deciding to announce themselves at TGS with Nintendo being mum about it.

Of course this is just theorycrafting. I would hope it isn't just a theory and actually becomes something substantial.

I remain cautiously optimistic.

The HD version subtitle was only for Japan. Since this is the english/overseas version of the game it wouldn't say that.
