How would you be able to judge this? The Xbone clearly has a much weaker GPU, aside of their RAM situation. The "cell" comparison is not apt at all, because Microsoft's RAM solution isn't faster than what the PS4 has even when used in an optimized fashion.

Because code optimization and drivers play a larger part in launch game performance than the raw hardware that running it.
