1. Game Freak create awesome animations for all Pokémon, but they only have time to create 70 new Pokémon for Gen VI or 2. Game Freak decides to create 150 new Pokémon for Gen VI (some of them likely being just weak or ugly fillers) and thanks to that they don't have time to create proper animations for the Pokémon. I honestly prefer the first scenario.

Is the Torchic gif from the Worlds trailer? Seems kind of pointless to change the "A" font at that point since that was in August.

this doesn't disprove their legitimacy. if anything it would be a good choice to change the font as "a" and "r" look to similar to each other anyway.I'm going to have to start avoiding this thread soon, really want to go into this game as fresh as possible but it's proven pretty hard so far!

I would like to believe that they are going to give us more than 70 new Pokemon but, if they only give us the 70, I would hope that they all have really good designs and were well thought-out in terms of typing and moveset.

I was only around for the 4th and 5th gen reveal cycles but I much preferred how everything played out in Gen IV opposed to Gen V. I still remember staying up all night when I was like 11 refreshing the discovery thread on Serebii to see the latest news. Gen V was a bit boring as everything kinda just came out meaning we missed out of the reactions of those playing when they came across something awesome!
I'm not sure I'll make it. Only leaks can sustain me.

The most important embargo? Release. Reviews will go live sooner, should be end of next week or so.
Whoever did that compared the 4chan leak picture (Greninja) with the Pokebeach picture (Binacle and Hawlucha).
It needs to be compared with the 4chan pictures.
