Back when Kojima reveled that Phantom Pain = MGSV:TPP, Kojima said in his podcast that they modeled the doctor's face from a western actor who is working in Japan named Ian Moore

I watching the Phantom Pain hospital trailer again and thought it was interesting that there's a title card "WHY CAN'T I MOVE MY BODY", with BB/Snake stumbling around with almost no motor control, as if he can't control his limbs. Like perhaps someone that's had a head transplant...
