Is there like a light-safe-stable video codec package. I'm not sure if Tsunami is the best pack to have. I'm on a 450mhz machine with a riva tnt2 videocard here...... so i don't know if i should even update the codecs in the first place.

I feel you Fatalah. I find most video codecs simply run too slow to work on my p3 450. what you might have to figure out though is that our computers lack the HP to get things done. That said for watching most any avi and such the program ACDSee 6.0 works fantastic for me. Whereas Divx players, WMP, Winamp etc all choke up, drop tons of frames, and get audio out of sync ACDSee plays pretty much anything seamlessly. Especially Anime files that I might BT.
