Sad to hear, if you can run this on PC, you should do it now and copy over the settings from your Xbox if you still have the character creator open.

Haha good one. There are a lot of people making good characters on youtube too. One guy seem to love this type of stuff and make a lot of well known people in APB as well as this. Makes me wonder what if a game was all about making custom characters with a high end modeling system. Then allow you to port them to other games that are compatible. Ok this sounds like PC mod stuff that already go on.
 
I wonder if it's possible to make the cookie monster or something similar. It would be a day 1 purchase if you could.

Some of these are outstanding and frightening.

Oh I'm definitely there as well, I like making custom characters more so though. APB is also another fine character creator for customs, comic book characters or famous people.

When the dust settles on November 9th, the character with the most audience votes will be featured on the Saints Row: The Third community website and within the game. So get your pom poms or red nose on - as the case may be...

That's my guess. Just post it, get a bunch of people to thumb it up like so and that should be it.

Perusing through the files, there's tragically 100+ DirectX installer files hitting about 100mb. The opening and closing videos are 225mb together.

I really hope this is just a taste and there are patterns, decals, and layering options for clothes in the final game. This is pretty limited compared to SR2.
