I took what he meant to say as "The platform's very capable of providing console experiences, but as such comes console-sized budgets" which means lol exclusive content.
Dream Drop Distance maybe should've been a 3DS/Vita release as well, but meh.
I'm sure TT has a big budget, hence it being on every handheld platform once Hino realized he made a huge mistake.
I'm expecting announcements.
Because if they don't announce anything, then the Vita has almost nothing coming out in the future.

It's like you all have forgotten already, this is SE you're talking about.. Surely because you all want it, they will not give it to you..... You have a better chance of asking for a Dues Ex or Tomb Raider on VITA and getting it from them....

I'm trying to think up awesome announcements I'd love to see for Vita, but then I remembered that I used my PSP almost exclusively for Phantasy Star Portable and was fine with that.
Since that game was announced at the previous event, I guess my hype defaults to my second most-played PSP game: Half-Minute Hero (one of the best new IPs of last gen). Isn't there a sequel already, though?

They said that is what they were/are doing but slow sales of Vita has caused them problems. :/

A Vita Gran Turisimo has got to be a no-brainer at some point. Objectively I'd hope they took a long hard look at the reaction to the PSP version and restructure it appropriately.
The scary thing is that asright now, as almost nothing outside of big franchises seems to be selling on handhelds, I'm not sure if Sony's reliance on PS3 hand-me-downs isn't actually the best way forward.

I would be a happy, happy man indeed if From Software has a Demon's Souls title in the work for the Vita. It has become one of my favorite franchises ever in a just a few short years time and I think would constitute a "major" announcement for all markets and not just Japan.
I don't expect a Gran Turismo announcement just yet although I could be wrong. A trimmed down and tightened up version of GT5 with just premium cars (and Porches, please!) would suit me just fine.
I wasn't aware of the possibility of God Eater being a possibility for the Vita but if it gets that game then so much the better as it would definitely help the Vita in it's home market.

I'd love if the Jak HD Colleciton came out for Vita, I've only played the 3rd one on PS2. I am not really bothered to play the collection on PS3, but on the Vita I'd play them in a heartbeat.

Imagine how this gen wouldve looked like if Sony revived some old PS1 franchises like Medieval, Parappa, a true Ape Escape...
They tried that with all 3 on PSP and they failed to make a big buzz.

There's 3 or 4 Ape Escape games for PSP that never left Japan.
