On mobile so summary might be wonky.

Series S
-Reflections only use SSR, no Lumen. Detail is good when in screen space but fails looking at our of frame angles like typIcal SSR.
-Volumetric lighting is lower quality
- Virtual Shadow Maps can show minor faults not found on SX
- Water dripping animations are also less / absent in areas
- volumetric fog and foliage quality also reduced compared to SX
- Some areas also show lower resolution assets in distant objects, detail is similar when up close.
- Likely other smaller differences but the major ones covered above.
- SS renders average at 1536 x 643p but it's hard to pixel count the game, using UE 5 TSR like the SX version to upscale.
- A little more aliasing than SX in finer details.
- Performance is very consistent with only a dropped frame here or there, both Xbox consoles offer a consistent experience.
- Stepping up to 60 fps on PC is not a transformative experience owing to the games slow paced nature.

Steam Deck
- 720p with FSR3 just hovering at 30 on low settings. Medium and High bring it down to unacceptable levels.
- Low still includes software Lumen so visual makeup is preserved. No Lumen on reflections tho. Reflections are not too far than Series S.
-TSR DRS settings don't really do much as game doesn't go below 720p in testing.
- XeSS can look soft and unstable, performance mode gives a useful performance bump.
-FSR3 looks decent in stills but falls apart in motion, no FSR3 frame Gen support. XeSS is recommended over this.
- VRS shows no changes in performance
- Frame time spikes and drops even at lowest settings, playable but not terribly smooth.
- 'Pleasent enough experience'

ROG ALLY
- up to 50% faster than Deck, turbo mode has further improvement still.
- Lands in the 40s and 50s, huge improvement over deck
- frame time spikes present like Deck
- low at 30s is comfortably in the 30s and 40s at all times and falls under Ally's VRR range

Summary
- this is the best looking Unreal engine 5 game in the market right now
- visual experience similar across all platforms even with expected reductions though steam can be a bridge too far

Even tho I'd like to play it at locked 60+, I locked it at 48fps (tv refresh rate / 3) at a native resolution due to game being so blurry. It's great, I miss nothing and performance seems great. The only thing I miss is that camera panning shows typical low FRAME RATE* blur and "shakes" IDK how that's called but I really hate it, but way WAY better than 30 fps, and definitely better than mid 50s where the fell sometimes playing at uncapped frame rate.

I wouldn't playing at 30 fps tho, like WTF is that? Gimme decent motion resolution or nothing lol
