SFxT Site Updated See Jin, M. Bison, Ogre & Akuma

I remember people talking about sakura and blanka awhile back, where those not lupinko rumors? Hope not, hate both of them.

Nope just rumours. Lupinko later mentioned he never hinted or said anything about Lars, Alisa and Blanka. So it shoots down that Sakura/Blanka thing.

Jin looks sick! And Ogre does look like a green Seth with clothes on, damn I was pretty unimpressed with him. I guess its cause I don't really know his character in the Tekken series.

This better not be the end of the characters though..I don't want to constantly pay for DLC gah.

Ryu/Jin teams will be on full blast to for the first couple weeks definitely.

Characters I want to use though are: Steve Fox and Balrog haha

and Lei Wulong ;_;

I hope Capcom is quick about putting out Alisa, so I can play this game.

It's bad enough that the game will cost $75, but the fact that it could release in April?

This is pretty big. Gem setups and button settings can be saved to USB drives.

No idea why it's taken them so long to allow such things. Should have been able to save custom colors and favorite costume settings and teams to USB drives all along! I'm especially glad this should actually mean 2P can actually use their own save in offline play...

What would be even better is if Arcade sticks had internal flash memory that could carry all that information when people enter tournaments. (Dunno if it has any at this moment or not).

Maybe the USB add slot for the Soul Calibur V stick has this feature?

SOMEONE GET TOODLES ON THE PHONE!

Next Product:
TE Kitty+ with 4GB flash memory built int!

Yeah. alts/Costumes colors, gem settings, button configs etc. I'd like that.

I certainly hope Namco does the same with TTT2. The USB thing is great. Hell, didn't they have the USB save with T5?

If Alisa turns out to be DLC in the end, I will be super sad on Day 1.

And then buy said Alisa-based DLC because I am a super whore for this game.

Ha, I remember bringing my memory card and dualshock and shit to the T5 cabs so I can get money with my decked out Paul Phoenix from the PS2. Good times.

Wouldn't this require each player to sign in and out each time they play? That could take a while. And I'd actually be worried about "losing" gems if you brought them along and they got corrupted somehow. I wonder how the whole thing is going to work.

I dunno how it works. Hopefully it's something simple and compatible with both consoles. I doubt it's lugging around your entire profile.

I don't want to accuse gentle Capcom of a misdeed but does anyone else remember when they first announced this custom color business seeing a big color wheel to select from like in SCV? If there's only four colors now and they're adding some free colors (at launch if that DLC rumor is correct) expect pay-for-DLC for colors like in 3SOE.

Capcom feet keep getting worser and worser, man :(

As for the game itself, I was really hyped for it earlier on, cause it seemed like a faster Street Fighter 4 with no focus and or ultras, but since then things have progressed in a way that's sort of cooled me on that hype. Not a huge fan of the gem system or them forcing the wackiness of the game to 11. I know there aren't really any 100% serious fighting games out there (except maybe Virtua Fighter), but I didn't think they were gonna go as far as to make this one seem like a party game XD
I prolly won't buy it (at least for a while), but I am interested in seeing how this game turns out still. I luv me some Street Fighter (and Hugo)

(gimme dat Q DLC, pleaseee)

What party game is footsie and spacing centric? Oh right none.

Well by that I was just talking about the aesthetics. Street Fighter went deep into the cartoony route with 4 and now SFxT is going even further with an abundance of joke characters.
Not to say I need my fighters all serious, of course
