After Osamu Dezaki, this year we lose another great anime artist.
Some of his works include series like Versailles no Bara (aka The Rose of Versailles, Lady Oscar), Saint Seiya (aka Knights of the Zodiac, Chevaliers du Zodiaque, Cavalieri dello Zodiaco), Glass no Kamen (aka The Glass Mask, El Gran Sueño de Maya), Ashita no Joe (aka Joe of the Tomorrow, Rocky Joe), Grendizer (aka Goldorak, Goldrake) and many more.

I really like his style, even with (or because of) all the strange poses, movements and body proportions he was so fond of.

Sorry for the bump, I accidentally found this thread while searching for Saint Seiya...but I must know what anime is the second picture from the right on the bottom row(the girl in red). I know I've watched it in my childhood and I've wanted to know its name for years.

It would appear to be Hana no Ko Lunlun, which according to Wikipedia was dubbed as Angel in the US and Flower Angel in the UK.
