SIGGRAPH 2012: The Technology Behind the "Unreal Engine 4 Elemental Demo"

30 fps ? 1080p at under 3 digits %

...NextGen has arrived !

problem is we dont know what they mean with 1080p at 90%.
It could be multiple backbuffers like rage so it is 1080p 90% of the time.
But be lower res when there are a lot of dynamic objects in the scene.

Or they could reach 1080p with only using 90% of the features, kindly like how sweeney said UE 4.0 is flexible but you really get some rendering magic around the 1TF or 2TF i not sure anymore what number he was talking about.

But this demo ran on a 3TF GPU. Also he said "beyond 1TF".
