If this really happened, there would be accompanying news stories of CeeLo being in the hospital for possible catastrophic head injury.

Also, phones don't really explode like that. The phone would have been super hot to the touch prior to ignition, even then, its a longer lasting fire event, not a BOOM.

I believe it is real because you see the phone smoking before the bang. If this was a prank the exploding device wouldn't give off smoke before it detonates.

Seriously, he's even getting in position before falling, also, for that kind of blast, it's kinda remarkable that there are no burn marks on his ear (you can see it for a split second as he falls down).

Also, the way the camera footage was distorted looked like it was edited in afterwards, and thats even without mentioning the dramatic fade to black as if he just died in Dark Souls.

And thats coming from a Website that has tabs at the top of the page reserved for Kanye and the Kardashians. I wouldn't take anything from them as granted, even with "footage"

The fact it doesn't say which phone implies it's a publicity stunt. Can't slander any companies. That's the first piece of news people would want to know besides cee Los health

Besides the poor effects (that smoke, lol) and many other things, if your phone heated and exploded (which they don't do in this way), would you still carefully hold onto it as you fall? He wouldn't even risk dropping his phone to sell it properly.

The explosion looks like a aqua teen hunger force explosion you know when shake throws stuff on the ground and it makes that explosion?

Why couldn't they sync up the time when screens act up to the explosion? Or blacken out the phone screen when he's falling down.

I'm disappointed in the quality of this. It's like they wanted everyone to know it's fake.
