Yeah, I've pulled out wins a couple of times with good bails. The best, though, is when they try to glitch and just fall down -- posting three tiny, tiny scores.

I'd like to put together an action group that bans mohawks from video games, especially skating games. Who the fuck actually wears a mohawk other than rich kids trying to look rebellious or numbnuts with a fauxhawk.

So has anyone beaten all the pros in the throwdown challenges? I've finished everything else, have just these to do and 2 more Hall of Meat challenges and i'm done. Then I can concentrate on making vids in freeskate with a silky framerate, the framerate in Career does my head in at times.

Oh, I made a transfer off the Boneyard Rooftop into a ramp today, shall post the video when I can get back on Xbox Live.

I have done everything but the damn throwdown challenges. And I am not going to be wasting my time on those at all. I've spent a good 20 hours with this game and it has been infuriating and wonderful at the same time. Burnout will be wating for me in my apartment when I get home, time to start playing that game. Oh, who am I kidding, I'm just going to put it aside once I get SFIV in my hands!

Man, the last few months have been a total gaming bliss for me. So many good games to play..

I beat them, but I used a trick similar to the one people have found for the "Can You Spell Girl?" challenge. After placing benches at the top of the stairs (at the back of the library spot), the other skaters would freak out and mess up their tricks.
 
Is there a different skate park for each board sponsor? The Creature facility is pretty awesome. Or are they all the same, just differently skinned for each company?
 
Very interesting. I thought about what they said about Neversoft, too. I'm really interested in what Neversoft will come up with in the next Tony Hawk game. I mean, competition is always good. And as long Black Box feels the need to improve Skate, I'm cool with it. :lol

100% with you. Neversoft made some awesome games, they have the potential to bring something new to the table, just because they didn't do it doesn't mean it'll never happen.

I'd love it if they'd 1-up Blackbox in some way. And I'll buy it all, I don't care - provided it's no 1280° Spiderman Handstand Saturn Ring Grind to Revert One-Wheeled Nosemanual Backflip junk.

I'll upload a video of a spot that makes it really easy to get all the Hall of Meat stuff, and after that a garanteed 10.000$ per crash.

I just went ahead and cheated on the Can You Spell Girl because it was just a bunch of bullshit. So I need more Hall of Meat stuff now. How do you do the 2 hand gestures with the 10 second bail?

Neversoft are no longer working on the TH franchise and are now solely focussed on Guitar Hero.

Jump off the E (if you've done Danny Way's challenge, you'll have spawn point right there). It's a ridiculous place to get HOM challenges done :) I'm stuck on breaking my groin, apparently hitting the power line tower at 60mph doesn't do it.

I've tried the dam, how is the E any different? I've been there before but the slope didn't seem big enough to spend 10 seconds bailing. At the dam i get 6 seconds, 7 max. I'll try it later though.

Go to the big slope just below No Need For Speed OTS. The 10 second bail is really easy there.

Land the drop, then bail - you should easily have enough speed to slide for 10 seconds :)
 
Also, where do you get the On Top Of The World achievement? "Perform an invert on one of the highest points in the city in career mode"

use the map to warp to "SV peak" do an invert in the skatepark thing up there and the achievement should be yours
 
Owned every spot easily, but killing them is going to be a different story... Any tips for Lillypads, or do I really have to chain flip tricks with manuals?
 
In the Camera DLC can you choose for the camera to follow the board instead of the character in 'follow'? I'm sitting on this beautiful clip of me doing a seatbelt to nose - nose finger flip just before I hit the ground and I can't frame it properly because the follow camera focuses on my cap and I move to fast to use tripod.

With advanced free cam you can do pretty much anything you want.
 
anyone have any idea where to find security chasing another skater? ive never seen it happen :(

also, i found a glitch in the replay editor to get the camera angle out to 10mm, only tried for pics so far though, i think i can make it work for video too. if anyone is interested ill think about how to explain it haha, tired
