IMO if a double update occurs tonight the top would be 200 and the second would be 199 since the rest of the updates chronologically force the list down and the first is on the bottom.
Turns out that, no, whether you arrange the posts oldest to newest or vice versa, it still organizes double (or triple) updates in the same way.
Edit: Wait, I think I just re-confused myself. Okay, here's the deal:
Going by newest to oldest, if we got a double update tonight, the "top" update would be #200. Going by oldest to newest, the "top" update would be #199. So depending on what your preference is here...
