So I smoked Marlboro for a few years, but then I had a Lucky Strike and thought they taste better
I hand roll, because cigarettes are very expensive in France (~7€ for 20) so I take Camel tobacco in Belgium and roll my own cigarettes, results: 16€ for 200 cigarettes. It's not helping to quit. The hipsters around here hand roll....
I can't believe the OP has not been crucified yet for participating in something so horrible. Where are the people telling him how evil he is and what a drag on society he is?
Sorry, I was delayed.
Smoking is like, really bad for you, okay?

You do realise you just rang the bell, right?
Well sorry, but I just find some of the anti-tobacco zealots a fascinating case study. You would think smokers raped their mothers or something, with the way they react.
I don't think there be as much anger and outrage if non-smokers who are exposed to smokers weren't at risk of cancer. Especially when it's smokers with children. If cancer only impacted those who actually smoke...you'd surely see far less anger and outrage.
No in that case I agree. I'm talking about people who don't like people smoking when they're outside or when a smoker is in their personal space like their car or home. You're not getting cancer for second hand smoke that you encounter outside.
Only thing I can think of it's hard for them to dissociate the two? Someone not exposing anyone else to their smoke deserves no anger or judgement. It's their own life...etc. But I would guess some just can't separate the two elements. That is how I guess I would explain why you see the reactions.
