Seriously though, I can sympathize with him - I know he's had a tough life in the past and didn't always get along too well with his mother and siblings and he did some hard drugs, and while some might call him arrogant or egotistical, it's this same confidence that gave him the will to go on living and improve his state in life - otherwise he probably would've done himself in years ago.
Like he said himself, hopefully this incident will make him more humble and less bigoted from now on.

Amir0x's posts can be fun. I like reading his seemingly weekly allegiance switches between the 3 consoles and PC to the latest bit of news - as a mod it made it more funny. But he probably shouldn't be a mod.

And I guess it's a pointless argument, because we can't identify intent in every case... but in my experience (and just my own, FWIW), nearly everyone who makes a joke about wanting to be a mod is usually just a fucking attention whore. Maybe I should be more level-headed and not make this assumption, but I've encountered these types so often that it's difficult to avoid jumping to conclusions.

Mod-begging can easily be seen as serious, anyway. You've got a bunch of semi-anonymous dudes on the internet constantly lying about sexual encounters; bragging about lackluster accomplishments; sharing the most deadening, mundane life details; and whining about anything/everything (yes, guilty). Think about it: a bunch of dudes all vying for attention. What's the way to show everyone your e-penis is huge? Wield some power on an internet forum.
