Boon has actually been doing a countdown with twitter teases for awhile. Each day something gets said and it'll have something like 25, then 24 the next day and so on and so forth.

Him popping the MK X thing is likely to keep folks from getting their wires crossed and building their hopes up for the wrong title thinking another Injustice is happening first (as some thought).

All I know is this likely means I should head back over to TYM some more this week to help the other mods. Shit goes nuts when Boon posts teasers.

Since Mortal Kombat has counted on Numbers (except MKII, most of the time the series doesn't use numbers at all) and not Roman Numerals, and the last game was simply "Mortal Kombat", a crossover isn't out of the question here.

It doesn't appear to stand for anything. It's just a name unless someone is willing to dig up the production documents from Lincoln or is knowledgeable about Lincoln's car naming criteria. It is something worth looking into though as it might uncover something of interest.
