Well, in the end I had to use voice commands, because I couldn't find any button. "Playstation" - "Wolfenstein" - "Start". Cheers.
Come on, Sony. You don't have any measures of security to protect your online infrastructure from a bunch of script kiddies?
People pay for this.

Uhh? My PS3 is still unable to connect.what i dont get is how the network for ps3 remains fine but the ps4 one isnt, different servers or soemthing?
You can still do it. I bought the trilogy off of the PSN website and then signed into the PS3 system. I connected fine, but as far as playing online, it's a no-go. Ironically, I can't see the store on PS3 or PS4 at the moment.
What I don't get is why they have such a bug up their ass about Sony. Nintendo never seems to get hit and Microsoft gets it at least less frequently.
It's back up for me, I'm in Texas

They could just be assholes, well they are, but it's also possible that Nintendo and Microsoft have their network set up better to avoid this kind of thing.
Nintendo kinda DDOS'd themselves a couple years back with the release of Pokemon Bank coinciding with Christmas Day so maybe since then they've taken steps to avoid any public facing single point of failure.
Man. Sony really needs to invest on security. They don't seem to be taking any lessons.
If your going for exposure then Sony is the one to go for. They probably could take down Nintendos but that won't get them the exposure that they need and Microsoft is probably much harder to take down. Sony is the easier of the two to attack and by doing that they get their name out more.
I doubt Nintendo has anything with the words advanced and online in the same sentence, MS has a very complex online system that they use for their business section so they have the most robust.
So there's nothing to do to prevent this yet? After 53734642 attacks? Nothing? Really?
So speaking of PSN... I might as well ask this here. If I want to give my friend (who lives in Europe, I'm in the US) a 3 month sub to PS+, how would I go about doing that? Can I just buy a 3month digital code off US Amazon and that would work on his PS4? Or would I have to buy it off the EU Amazon?
I really doubt a NA account will work in the EU.
He should be able to make another account and set his location to the US, then use the code on that account which will give all the users on the PS4 the ability to play online, but the games will only be downloadable from the US account, all users will be able to play them though.
