You need to lighten up dude. Some of you take this shit way too seriously, the whole religion vs. science thing.
Blind faith? You want blind faith, hey it's that time of a year: it's called spring training. Where every fan, fanatic, and follower believes hope springs eternal from the Chicago Cubs fan to the Seattle Mariners fan, they all think they have a shot, and the career .240 hitter is going to bust through for an All Star year.
Yeah, you probably think it's a ridiculous example that I bring up sports, but I actually find people like yourself OP, more ridiculous, because at least the blind followers of sports teams actually have a payoff in the end, so it's actually a more relevant debate. This religion vs. science debate? There is no payoff.
You die, and after you die you live after you die or you stay dead after you die, and you don't know until you die. But yet, people spend their whole life arguing about it, some people in each camp both acting doggedly sure of what they know and intolerant of what others believe based on what you were told and believe to be true as you grew up. Whether or not it's true is irrelevant, what is relevant though is how you live your life being tolerant of others, no matter what someone believes.
Give me the nice person who believes the earth is 200 years old and can have fun and live carefree over the dogged annoying keyboard warrior who thinks he's changing the world by yelling at the seat of his computer because other people don't think what he thinks. Grow up OP.
