Most/all of the big games for the year from Sony/Microsoft/3rd parties are probably announced by now or known about (obviously there's going to be a new CoD game for instance). Nintendo is really the only company that can drop a game announcement a few months prior to launch and have a GotY contender à la Super Mario Wonder.

I only see Indiana Jones and the Great Circle making waves this year. Stellar Blade has its fans but it fills a similar niche to Nier: Automata. Rise of the Ronin is even more niche. Don't know what Nintendo has up its ass.
