Samsung's are way overthought. I don't get the love for the blobs, but they are alright. Personally I prefer Apple or Twitter.

Or Discord. Are theirs custom? I use them a lot on there, have grown to love the style.

With Apple's, I think they look great at their standard, small size. Like in iMessage. But the larger Emoji get, the more I prefer a flat look. Such as Twitter or Discord.

I love the google blobs. My favorites were the generation before the current one. The current generation of blobs face the screen directly, while the old blobs were a shown at an angle. I liked the angled ones more.
