So why did Konami give GC the cold hand?

Sort of amazes me considering how much Konami pumps out on GBA (they've actually released more GBA games than any other company worldwide, more than Namco/Capcom/Sega/Square Enix combined even).

agreed. The Konami support on GBA and DS are great. Konami will have 3 good games released on DS very soon. Castlevania, Goemon and Lost in blue.

The ISS N64 games were pretty great, easily the best soccer games available at the time (and the series was exclusive until 2000 too). The N64 Castlevanai's are better than most give them credit for too, I'd say they certianly uphold the CV legacy better than Iga's PS2 repeating room beat 'em ups. There were also some other decent games in Japan, like KCEK's Rakuga Kids... too bad KCEO's Contra Spirits 64 and MGS port got canceled.

Hmm ISS games were available on the PS too starting from 1997. So it's not exclusive. Unless the ISS games on PS were not the same ISS games on N64? :\

And Konami gave PS SoTN. That alone made the N64 Castlevania games look bad. So they don't count. ;)

IIRC, the early ISS PS1 games were conversions of the WE games from KCET (and not as good as KCEO's game at the time, my how things changed). ISS 2000 was the first one done by KCEO irrc and was a port of their N64 version.

Sure, but the N64 games weren't too bad in their own right... especially compered to what Iga's doing in 3D. :P
