If the blinds are anything to go by - this relationship has been bad from the start. Jay-Z linked with Rihanna, Rita Ora but goes ham when he finds out Beyonce is hitting on some guys. Uhh... Dunno if he's more a hippo than a camel...

Same shit I'm thinking. People just like to hate on him. Saying he lost a decade old battle or showing him hitting some lady from more than 10 years ago. He doesn't get in the news for problems for years (now we hear 100 problems joke - black album came out 2003). People just want any dirt on him.

How do you know it was sad? They could've been slap boxing. I did this alot in jhs and it was always for fun.

I would fire the security guard. If anyone was within 3 feet of me that looks belligerent, they need to step up. No blows should have been thrown. I would've had her ass subdued, and played it off.

This is pretty much why I am not laughing at this thread at all. Women are like sacred creatures or something - if one attacks you, you are screwed either way. If you fight back, Chris Brown jokes will happen. If you don't fight back, this thread will happen.

I am kind of confused as well. I don't understand most of this thread. I am guessing it is just a running joke now, but I am not sure what else Jay was supposed to do.
 
Most of the people making fun of Jay for blocking would be going in even harder if he even slightly pushed her back.

Uh, grown ass man strength dude. When men who have been though a lot of shit get old they develop super human strength for some reason. The downside is that any explosion of said force, even the anticipation of doing so, could cause a heart attack or something. Jay right now could probably body Tyson in his prime.

He had some kinda zen master restraint in that elevator. Also a power that comes with age. Yet another power is waking up at 5am. He most likely had the early bird special so that would also contribute to his liquid like state in that fight. Bruce Lee said something about water some time, that's where I got that.
 
Can we all agree that Solange would probably knock Nas the fuck out?

Then Nas would make "Life is Good Vol. 2" and have the album cover be him holding the restraining order he took out on her.
