The game honest is just a Average at best JRPG with terrible music. Nothing more, nothing less. Of course that alone puts it in the top 10 Modern Sonic Games soooo.

Did not watch the video. It is a totally forgettable Sonic game.
What do you mean by "Modern Sonic games". Are there even 10 games in what you describe as "Modern Sonic Games" to begin with ?
There are many great Sonic games out there.
