Switching gears to PlayStation All-Stars, it clearly wasnt the critical and commercial success everyone expected it to be. When asked about the game, Shuhei really hopes there is a future for All-Stars, he was happy with the game itself (such as the characters and world), and mentioned that it did quite well at more than a million units globally. But it was not enough to have the momentum in terms of a business standpoint to continue to add characters or do a sequel.
Giving a glimmer of hope for the franchise, he did add never say never when it came to the future of PlayStation All-Stars, saying hed like to see us come back to the idea, but maybe not the same mechanic.
