I'm assuming the servers must be stressed with 1000s of people trying to sign on at the sametime?

Ok so the network test comes out fine, can't connect for the first time to PSN with ps4. But I can connect with my Vita and some of my friends are playing KZ. This sucks :/

The 300MB patch downloaded and installed without a hitch.

Its trying to connect to PSN and tying your profile to your Sony network account is the problem.

Haven't tried since launch today, but earlier than that, I was having a strange issue where the PS4 would not connect to my router (it didn't even appear to be trying, it immediately said "Get IP Adress: Failed"). Worked fine once I restarted.

This I assume is just a launch hurdle. Shame, I was having some fun on Ghosts earlier, and eager to finally get to play Battlefield 4's multiplayer.

Did you install FW 1.5 yet? Probably doesn't matter, but if you're stuck offline for a while, you can do a few more things with that. Thank you Sony for letting us still be able to game offline, even with launch FW.

I tried downloading that about an hour ago & it was going ridiculously slow. The PS4 took 10 minutes tops.

Also if you try connecting to PSN, then hitting the UPDATE button you get an error message and it deletes the update file. I'm currently re-downloading

Updated to 1.5 with no problem.. Now psn is saying it's undergoing maintenance. Oh well

Did you update through the notification? A couple of us had issues doing that earlier today. If you try going to the store and get prompted for the update it should work better for you...

I actually got it to install by clicking in another area. I dont think it auto installs. Didnt for me at least.

Was just able to finally log in 10 seconds ago...then it sent me to the licensing agreement and got a message saying SEN is currently undergoing maintenance.
