It will show up as a new 90 minute episode on DVRs and on the Comedy Central website with the description "Goth Kids celebrate Halloween" but if you go to the TV Guide website, you'll see that it's just the Goth Kids Trilogy aired in one block.

If you came away from the episode thinking that the main point of it was to make fun of Lorde, you probably just shouldn't watch South Park. (The "Lorde looks.....way older than her real age" comments/jokes have been around forever because she often does look weirdly old on stage despite looking normal offstage.)

Their mentality with characters and episodes is that if they don't think it's funny anymore they won't use that character or that setting. In this point it's probably more like they couldn't come up with a fun premise. The previous Halloween episode the comment was on brick and mortar video rental stores and the Shining, with the Avengers angle not being the focus.

They've gotten rid of plenty of characters they just don't find funny or interesting anymore. Not necessarily kill them, just not use them. So until they feel they have a parody/satire to make of in a Halloween/Christmas episode they won't do one.
