I'd expect some hardcore geofiltering to go up.

Comedy Central here in the Netherlands did the opposite: they just released a South Park app that offers free streaming of all episodes. All past seasons - and all news episodes right after airing. Pretty sweet.
And the local southparkstudios website also still has all episodes, don't think that's about to change.
