I want MVP back in the WWE, in longsleeves and heeling it up.
Or shouldn't I want that these days?

Kurt would probably never get medically cleared to wrestle or even pass a drug test.I haven't followed wrestling in years, but I used to love Kurt Angle.
Could someone explain why there's zero chances of him ever going back/how he ended up on TNA in the first place?
I don't know how much race is involved, but Gail definitely hated the company's treatment of its women's division for a while. Not sure how she viewed it back in the early 00's when she, Molly Holly, Lita, Victoria, Ivory, Trish Stratus, Jazz, etc. were on top - but yeah she gave no shits in her latest run. And I don't blame her.
Guys I'd like to see, but doubtful it happens, is Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, and Austin Aries. Age will probably hold them back from being signed. Jeff Hardy and Kurt Angle will probably resurface, although can't see Kurt wrestling much.

TNA on WWE Network. Make it happen.
I'm debating whether or not to keep my subscription for WWEN and this would put me over the edge.
That being said, I know it's not going to happen.

I think even back then the WWE didn't want him to wrestle.
He'd get a legends deal at best, but I don't think the WWE can trust him. He's up to his ears in DUI's and shit.

Yep, and as far as his claims go, he's made a lot of them. The Olympics, MMA, Twitter hacks and whatever else. Kurt Angle can't be trusted. He claims himself that he would pass the tests, and supposedly went through rehab quite recently, but what got him released from WWE in the first place was some kind of dispute over whether he should wrestle or not in his condition back then, so I wouldn't guarantee that WWE are on the same page at all.
Oh I believe it.Gail was ultimately side-lined because they didn't think she was "hot" enough. She didn't have the blond hair, baywatch attire like Trish, nor did she has the sassy appeal of Lita. They couldn't be bothered with her... Gail Kim talked about it in her interviews, she was incredibly candid about it and it all added up. Sorry, race, back then, was a major factor. No one said it openly but we all know that it was.
WWE has a managerial position open for Gail Kim to Kenta, if she's interested.

(they don't care she's Korean descent)
Oh I believe it.
Former NXT (before it was this programming we see now) girl Maxine stated she was told she was too curvy. You be the judge.
... and that would be the biggest insult EVER! I kid you not. Massive massive insult and I'm not talkking about the fact that the image you shown was Japanese and Gail is Korean. Heck, if I remember correctly, there was a time when the WWE invited Japanese female wrestlers to duke it out against their DIVAS and the Japanese girls were incredible! Leagues above the DIVAS... but unfortunately, the WWE never did it again because the crowd were racist and non-supportive towards the Japanese girls, and the WWE didn't do anything to support the Japanese girls either. Disgusting.

Is this the 1994-1995 thing where they suddenly had a belt for the women again? Probably didn't help that their main event storyline at the time was Bret Hart and Lex Luger beating up Japanese wrestlers because they were evil and Japanese.
They're just as bad with Japanese male wrestlers. Yoshi Tatsu was used poorly, and heaven fuckin' knows if they'll turn KENTA, one of the best in the business, into yet another Far East joke.
The WWE cancelled Legends House and had to delay Tough Enough.. i don't think they're interested or in a financial position to purchase a rehab/wrestling show.
If that ever happen you can GUARANTEE that WWE will be like EA, they will let it run by itself for a little while then completely take over and turn it to crap. Then WWE will complain about the program and fire many people to downsize the cost. It will be a disaster, no more than that, it would be catastrophic!
Competition is good for the market and competition, no matter how small, is something that WWE really needs to keep on its toes. TNA needs to stay and the way they can further themselves away from WWE is by building the ultimate tag-team division (hence why the Hardy Boyz and Team 3D are back).
Yes, they are struggling but I think they could afford TNA if they were confident it would help WWE Network in the long run. Question is, could it actually help WWE Network int he long run? I'm not sure and it's probably too big a risk for them at this point.
Yeah, competition is important. I just don't see TNA ever being that unless a big financial backer steps in to make them serious competition.

GAF should buy TNA
If you think the Hardys and Team 3D have any place in something described as "the ultimate tag team division" then i don't know what to tell you

The last time they made a big deal about an international signing like they are doing with Kenta, it was Mistico (Sin Cara), who was actually treated right (he got special lighting, tons of videos, ect), who proceded to fuck it all up by becoming so botch-prone they had to put him on the taped Smackdown show to edit his matches, becoming super injury-prone, and a terrible person in the locker room.
I have faith that if Kenta is able to learn enough English to cut basic promos, he should be fine.
Um, what?
In their prime, both teams were fantastic. And since said prime, Jeff Hardy and Bubba Ray have become damn solid singles wrestlers with better timing and promos. Teams today could learn a lot from facing The Hardy's/Dudleys, namely how to slow the Hell down and stop hitting seven moves when one will do.
And both teams are, end of, pushing top ten for best tag teams ever. The only reason neither hits the top ten is because there's a lot of brilliant tag teams. In terms of the the 00s, Hardy's/Dudley's are top five, no question,
When Spike cancels your show, you know the ratings where bad.
So what's left on Spike?
Let's Kickstarter this
I think it's safe to say Kenta could get over in a Chris Benoit workrate level very easily, and on the plus side I believe he doesn't own any dogs.
This is 2014, the only guy out of those 2 teams who isn't horrible right now is Bully Ray, and that's only as a heel in singles competition, their prime is irrelevant

Thank you. Clearly DeathBoy is a person that knows what he is talking about.
Funny, in terms of tag teams, the best thing that WWE have right now is Golddust and Stardust (those two need to hurry up with a clear tag team name), 2/3s of the Wyatts Family (they should always stick as 3 or mix and match for tag team battles), and The Ascension. WWE got a LOT of work to do because frankly they have NO division.
YOU FORGOT THE USO'S MAGGLE.
So what's left on Spike?
