This will be my third year to watch, I hope it gets better but I still think it's going to suck. Last year's wasn't as bad as the year before, but the big reveals basically equate to CG footage that tells you nothing.

Awards also seem to be handed to whatever the biggest, baddest mainstream title is that'll get the most thumbs up from their crowd.

Oh, so neither of these games are set for VGA reveals? They plot thickens.

Dunno what to think about the VGAs. They seem like the teen choice awards to the GDC's oscars. But they also have the benefit of going out to a much wider audience. However, with this audience comes a feeling of lowest common denominator. It's good entertainment, but none the less amusing at points. I would have loved to see Tyson punch the Jersey shore people though :lol

It's been since last Summer since it was mentioned, but there were numerous sources who claimed THQ planned on revealing Saints Row 3 at the VGA's after skipping E3. I still have hope.

Another game we expected to appear at this year’s E3, which didn’t, was THQ’s “totally-in-development” Saint’s Row 3. According to the company’s Danny Bilson, the game is being held back for a December reveal, during the VGAs.

“I’m not going to show it to you today,” Bilson said. “This is the only room we’re talking about Saints Row 3. We’re not showing it on the floor because the rollout starts in December on Saints Row 3."

Maybe things have changed, but it's been 2 years since the release of Saints Row 2 and they're due for a reveal since we know it's been in development for awhile.
