So I would've guessed, but wasn't sure whether they'd really use exactly the same ones.

THE-Pink-Dagger said:ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! French dubbing is hilariously bad, seriously fu ck Nintendo, what are they thinking, you don't MESS with classics such as Starfox 64, damn.
Sennorin said:StarFox takes place in the future of Animal Crossing, so that´s the kind of "furry language" you´ll hear.
The german dub was also incredibly bad.electroplankton said:Nothing will be bad as the original Italian dub of Metal Gear Solid.

It made the game almost unplayable.

It sounds really similar to the original, but you can tell at many spots the tone has changed slightly. Script seems to be the same.
Don't have time now to find some comparison videos, will do later!
DavidDayton said:Sure. I'm just, well, doubtful given that
1) It would require NOA/NCL to get the original voice actors back (something they didn't bother doing for Starfox Adventures, Melee, Brawl, Starfox Command...)
2) Every clip I'm hearing sounds identical to the original game.
Kontergurke said:Overall, the new English dub sounds almost exactly like the original ... which begs the question why they couldn't use the original cast for Starfox Assault (voice acting was soooo bad.)
GaussTek said:I like the Latin American voices, I mean, at least they have 'standard' spanish accent...
lol I remember the Latin American dub for Kirby's Epic Yarn, the narrator has an Argentinian accent:

and lol @ the first comment for that video:

It's possible. Brazil is one of the few Latin America regions which have its own eShop, after all.renatocustodio said:It'd be awsome if it was also in latin american portuguese. Sony is doing this a lot with hers first party titles.

(I can't wait to relive this classic, by the way)
SpacePirate Ridley said:And I suppose the french was also shit then?
So all your european dubs were the problem that we didnt get the rest metal gears in castillain spanish?
FUCK THIS SHIT!
Our dub was amazing. We dont have the fault that you used shitty dubbing companies and we used one that really tried to make the game awesome.
Fuck you konami europe for going the cheap way.
We didnt even get twin snakes in spanishI cant play twin snakes becuase of that, the game just dodnt feel the same.
Are the videos somewhere, I usually like to hear the games in various languages.
Javier said:Yeah, the Latin American dub is really bad. No emotion whatsoever.
I hope the game has an in-game option to change the audio. It'll suck if I'm forced to do it through the 3DS Config menu (like with almost every multi-language Nintendo game so far).

GaussTek said:There are other anime and cartoons that I like a lot the dub (from other countries), like SpongeBob, Full Metal Alchemist (dubs from Venezuela), the old Garfield cartoon, Avatar (The Last Airbender) (from Chile), and many others, it's only matter of keeping a neutral accent, that's all.
Sagitario said:Best non-Mexican Spanish dub ever!
SPR, that's a barrier you Spaniards and us Latinos can not overcome successfully. Once you are used to your own style of dubs it is really hard to accept another different one.SpacePirate Ridley said:Doesnt sound too bad it seems.
Wasnt Inazuma Eleven's game dub also good in Italy?
Seems spain and italy have been saved from the horrible dubs again.
Yeah right, keep dreaming.
EDIT: Better not get into this shit, im fed up of it already seeing it in every youtube video.

That's awesome. I hate how almost every single game that has a Spanish dub it's almost guaranteed to be 'Castillian Spanish' (I remember Batman Arkham Asylum to be particularly hilarious). It sounds completely different than what anyone outside of Spain actually speaks, and very few games have the option of having the original language and Spanish subtitles.SpacePirate Ridley said:Ive find castillian spanish, latin american spanish and french dubs.
Reversed said:Castillian puts latinamerican dub in total shame.
kyubajin said:Spanish dubbing is just horrendous (with very very few exceptions), I sincerely can't stand it at all. I have to purchase all my games from the UK just to secure English language.
It's the same actors. It sounds pretty close.Diortem7 said:Personally, I think the new English voice acting sucks too.
I thought the rupees were in the exclusive GAME case. I could be wrong though.[Nintex] said:Strangedid you slide cover around, maybe they're not aligning with the plastic or something.
I don't think so. I've played the original version so many times that the original performances are burned in my brain. All of the new performances sound off by comparison.Billychu said:It's the same actors. It sounds pretty close.
Yep and they're definitely not there...[Nintex] said:Strangedid you slide cover around, maybe they're not aligning with the plastic or something.

SpacePirate Ridley said:From some rumors ive heard it seems Alfonso Valles (a very famous spanish voice actor that did for example Snakes voice in Metal gear Solid for PSX, and all people here love) seems to be doing Wolf O Donell's voice. If that is true I could cream my pants.
The intro sequence with the narrator is so fucking good.CaVaYeRo said:You're rumors were pretty spot-onVallés is a nice choice for Wolf. He'll be the narrator, too.
