Its a telling line but it could be a red herring. It implies he could be Kahn because of the eugenics stuff but we are pretty sure he is not.

Its a toss up between Robert Aprill and Gary Mitchell at this point I think. People side with Robert April which kind of makes sense but honestly the "I am better" quote fits Gary Mitchell and his idea of being superior to humans after the accident
