Again with the most boring environments ever made. Jesus fuck...Star Wars universe has the most diverse atmosphere and again, only some ass dumps and some forest and some ugly ass rustic town. Give me some actual sci-fi places like Nar Shadaa, jump on flying cars and all that shit. For a next-gen game it sure looks old-gen. Gameplay looks samey as well. Honestly Im not impressed.

That looks properly mediocre. I am really looking forward to a new Jedi type game but why do they play it so safe with this generic action/adventure style like I am playing Uncharted in a Star Wars themed world. The main character... I can't even... this is a Jedi? This is pure blasphemy.

Hopefully it has the same gameplay + some good changes... The first game is already great and I don't want them to change what made the first game so good, as they did with Doom: Eternal, which made the game worst for many of us

I can't get over how nerfed the lightsaber feels in the first game. It's essentially a melee club until the enemy reaches low health THEN it suddenly becomes scorching hot and can sever a hand or arm on contact. lol

Liked that it had what looks like some honest gameplay. Very by the numbers though. Has that "expensive, designed by committee" AAA stench. Might get someday.
Jedi Outcast to this day still has the best lightsaber combat ever, that feels ripped straight from the movies.

Being next-gen only I expected to be blown away especially if it's really running on UE5 but it still looks really good I'm there day 1 Star Wars is my weakness

IMO it's definitely a good start for games looking next gen only. I like the graphics. We are slowly getting there.

There's something about the design I don't like that I can't put my finger on. It seems weirdly unimaginative for some reason. Makes me long for a new Jedi Knight game instead, or even Force Unleashed.
Hopefully it's good though and doesn't have the frustrating maps of the first game.

My main issue is the main character just felt super weak, and seemed about as powerful as a Padawan... instead of a Jedi.
Not expecting Starkiller power, but "whoa I learned to double jump" was stupid as well as some of the other power ups. I love power ups and character progression, but they were pretty pathetic all the same.

Instead of this what we REALLY should have got is a remake of Force Unleashed like the Last of Us got a remake......having got into force unleashed further a few days ago, I found it to have a hook that kept you playing further into it...despite the fact that the game is from 2008 and doesn't have any flash 60 fps things going on...it is great that you can still play it on today's console which is Xbox only, seeing Sony doesn't give a dam..
