Revan
is canon within the movieverse? I thought that was video game/EU stuff and got scrapped?

MSW has access to a lot of concept art and other leaked tidbits. When descriptive articles (i.e., this is what this shows, this is what my source says this character looks like, etc.) are posted, they seem to be generally correct. When they do editorial articles though, that's when things get off track, like the whole evil Luke rumor which was more or less based off of the cyborg concept art and the vague notion that
Luke does something bad/Luke has a dark aspect to his character
that has been popping up for a while.

The EU is scrapped but the story group can take whatever it wants from it. Just because it's not canon doesn't mean they can't adopt elements they like. For example, Sienar was mentioned in Rebels as the producer of the TIE Fighters on Lothal, and the Tarkin book is filled with old EU stuff brought back into canon.

It's still in the minds of people who make the new canon, they wanted to use Revan in TCW and they used Korriban (though George had it renamed because he's old and thought it sounded too similar to Corscuant) and the valley of the sith lords as well as Darth Bane.

It's a facial shot, him with the hood over his head reminiscent of old Obi-Won. He's also seen walking away from his X-Wing on Tatooine, and then facing off against a Sith on the sands.

I want to hear Carrie Fisher utter the name "Jaina" in the teaser. As someone who has read a lot of EU books, it would be appreciated.

I'm quite excited for this. I'm hoping it's a quality teaser.

Also that picture of the
droid that I just posted
also matches up with this
leaked concept art showing Boyega, Ridley, the droid, and an alien with a lightsaber. Funny how the concept artist envisioned Boyega's character as a typical white guy before he was cast. http://i.imgur.com/ntr2mRk.jpg

The Vong, Abeloth, Vader's glove, Triclops, stupid names like Darth Wyrrlock etc. can all be forgotten. Good riddance to that stuff.

You still may sort of get your wish with Jacen though if Driver and Ridley end up being Solo/Skywalker children.
