Plz. People in movies should always have the outside perspective of the audience and never despair, get scared or act irrationally.
I don't understand this comment. My argument is that the audience needs to have the perspective of the characters in the movie. Your comment infers I said the opposite. Please elaborate.
I really don't understand why people find the movies ending so preposterous? I have a gut feeling that a great many people who don't like the ending are younger people with no children.
Best movie based on King's works. Even King gave props to the altered ending.

This is my favorite movie of all time. Yes the CG could be shit at times but it doesn't even bother me, the creature designs we're amazing.

Thank you for posting this tidbit, I never knew there was a B&W cut until now and I'm obsessed with creature features- so I pretty much had to find this. I've wanted to revisit the film for awhile now but the fact that there's a throwback transfer available made me INSTA-BUY. 10$ for the Blu from Amazon.I really want to watch the black and white version some time.
