As a bartender in a steak house, when someone in the dining room ordered a Coors Lite Draft, I would pour a Bud Lite. And Vice Versa.
If some one sent it back claiming I gave them the wrong beer, I would serve the right one and give them their beer on the house.
I bartended for a couple years... never once did someone send the beer back stating it wasn't right.
