From what I can gather, it's functional now. The 21007 error seems to be a permissions thing, and they're only slowly letting people in to see how the servers react.

The error they had before has been resolved. It's possible the servers as they are can't handle us all, and in that case, they may have to upgrade which would take time.

IMO, this probably ends with a functional beta sometime in the next 24-48 hours.
