For us Europeans it's tomorrow in the middle of the night.

That's how it works ANY pre order on PSN is charged right away.

If it's not a PS4 stick it won't work with the Beta.
That's only in the US, in EU we can cancel up until the night before release so it's handy for getting Beta's like for CoD or with Destiny

but that's fine, the servers will be down for the first 2 hours anyways. Set alarm clock to say 7AM and you can get in an hour of gaming before heading off to work and by then the servers might be up and working!

That's a very interesting fact I didn't know about and I assuming that's not a thing in the US simply because they don't have laws that mandate it in the US.

Dictators V-Trigger also gives him the ability to cancel specials with EX into other EX without the need of charging when in combo. That's pretty nasty.

So that means that I can make a UK account, preorder every game with closed beta, and when the betas end I can just cancel my preorders? I know about preorder cancelling, but could something like this work without consequences?
I logged in into https://psnbeta.eu.playstation.com/ and I was greeted with a SFV EULA agreement and I had my EU code there
Hopefully they've upped the average walk speed since I last played at CEO. The game just feels sluggish right now because it's like everybody is walking through mud. You have these snail-pace walk speeds and then dashes that cover a good amount of distance, and in combination that feels really weird.
As it stood the last time I played, it was really hard to whiff punish because closing the distance was so hard with the glacial walk speeds.

Yeah that is the standard sony beta portal, emails will be sent out in 30 minutes to tell people who got accepted, or you can just log into that and hope
