I adore Street Fighter 5. I love the gameplay and character set that is available in this version of the game. In terms of the tier list for SF5 characters, who do you think is the best fighter in the game?

Hard to tell, but with the latest update Seth was nerf'd a bit, while most others were buffed, so I'm guessing he's up there.
