Hopefully it's easier than in SFIV. I tried modding Rose's theme to her Alpha 3 one and it was complicated as hell. It was much simpler to do stage themes if I remember, though, so maybe it'll be the same in V.

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.
SFIV was actually really interesting for the time. Keep in mind 2D fighters were mostly dead and it was early PS3 era so it got more judged more leniently. The ink effects and unique art style were impressive back in 2008 or so.

Most of the themes remind me of the music from Dead or Alive 3. Karin's theme is definitely my favourite of this batch, reminds me of something that would be in Capcom vs SNK 1.That being said, I still think the SF3 series has the best music. Everyone already knows how great 3rd Strike's music is, but 2nd Impact's music is so underrated. Alpha series comes in after that (dat arranged Chun Li Alpha 1 theme tho in the Sega Saturn/PS1 versions).
You know what? The music's great, the art style's nice, and they've made some fun choices with the roster... I'm really looking forward to this game.
It surprises me how even with how many times the Street Fighter 2 characters' themes have been remixed, they can still come up with fun new versions that sound good. I'll buy a soundtrack if they do one.
EDIT: And WOW, that might be my favorite rendition or Ryu's theme. It's so dramatic!

Is it controversial to say that the SFIV OST was overall pretty terrible? Because that's how I feel about it.

Yeah, it was just really safe sounding. Just a huge disappointment coming from the godly Third Strike soundtrack.

Karin's theme really just reminds me of the Alpha 1 and 2 OSTs. It's great. (Yes I know she debuted in Alpha 3)

Quick thoughts:
- Holy shit, best rendition of Vega's theme to date. I've been of the opinion that every arrangement after the WW original has been kinda dogshit, but this version is ace.
- Indifferent on Birdie's theme. Cool that they mixed in both his Alpha & 2 themes, though.
- Cammy's theme is cool, but I think the SFIV version is still better. (In all fairness, that was probably one of the few really, really good character themes from IV)
- Not really feeling Chu's theme. Kind of a shame that her only decent theme in the last decade was from TvC.
- Best version of Ken's theme since Alpha 2, hands down.
- Um holy shit, Karin's theme is amazing. I like how they implemented a bit of Simple Rating's melody into the theme.
- Necalli's is pretty cool.
- I absolutely love that Charlie's theme starts with his Alpha 2 ending theme. Best Charlie theme since XvSF.
- I think this is legitimately the best version of Ryu's theme. There's been some good ones (Alpha 2, XvSF, TvC, the Vs. Akuma/Gouken variations in IV), but this one blows them out of the water.
- Bison's theme is okay. I like his SFIV one more.

Kinda wish nash's theme matched more with his new look. The beginning was nice but then the rest was a tad underwhelming. Liked Karins theme but I definitely miss her alpha 3 theme. That small part at the end wasn't enough.

That Vega theme, holy shit. Ken's theme remains awesome, of course. Ryu's theme is pretty good, too.

Yup, I agree with this.
Karin's theme got that SEGA/Sonic Team vibe.
I think I still prefer Ryu's SFIV theme to his SFV theme, but yeah the rest are generally better.

Holy crap, Vega's theme sounds just like Ace Combat Zero's track, "Zero", which is incidentally the greatest piece of video game music ever made (to me 
).
).I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed, but at the same time I also really like the new theme too, if that makes any sense. The Alpha 3 theme throwback is a nice touch though.
