So are they going to update/reiterate this game like SF4 multiple times over or what?

Seems to be leaning more to DLC packs instead. Perhaps even a season-pass.

The rumor is that they're going to be handling it like a MOBA. They're going to update it, but not through something like Super SFV or Ultra SFV. There's always going to be one version of the game.
