Saw Matt Bellamy's breathing has been covered, but has anyone mentioned his cat being in The Small Print?

On mobile, so no link, but it's about two thirds in after the solo when the riff repeats.

bagel chips on my legs and my arms from you

bagel chips
bagel chips
baaaeeegaaeell chiiiiips

bandages - hot hot heat

Day after day your home life's a wreck
The powers that be just
Breathe down your neck
You get no respect
You get no relief
You gotta speak up
And yell out your piece
So back off your rules
Back off your jive - I always here "Put on your chancletas".
Cause I'm sick of not living
To stay alive
Leave me alone
I'm not asking a lot
I just don't want to be controlled
That's all I want
All I want

This isn't really mishearing anything. I'm hearing it perfectly. It's just my brain is putting a comma somewhere that a comma doesn't need to go.

In Bad Religion's "Infected", the chorus goes:

"You and me have a disease,
You affect me, you infect me,
I'm afflicted, you're addicted,
You and me, you and me "

But what I hear is

"I'm afflicted, You're a dick, Ted."

What, it's clear as day that he says "More human than human", where'd you get the scatting from? :S

I heard it that way when I was young. I can easily hear how he says "More human than human" now but I still initially hear it as scatting for what ever reason lol.

I've led some raids down in Africa

Gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men on Mars could ever do
I guess it rains down in Africa

In the song "some kind of wonderful" by (I think) Grand Funk Railroad, I used to think he was saying "sweet little woman like mind" and that he was being sexist.

"Down to My Last" by Alter Bridge...

But I'm down to my last,
I'm standing here alone
Looking back, on it all
But I'm down to my last,
I'm ready but I'm wrong,
And I'm blind to it all

He sings "blind to it all" so quickly that it sounds like "blind turtle"... so it's become the Blind Turtle song for me and my kids. We always sing "Blind Tuuuuuurtle" really loud like maniacs.

Wesley's Theory on To Pimp a Butterfly has this one part that has a couple seconds of beeping in the background. That beeping sounds exactly like my car's backup/side sensor warning beep. So whenever it happens I freak out for a second thinking someone is about to hit me.
